- Responsive: he responded to emails, texts and calls any day of the week. If we inquired about a property, he would set up a viewing the next day.
- Patient: we knew very little about the home purchasing process. Justin walked us through each step and was never pushy. Always reiterating that we put our best foot forward (for an offer for example) and nothing more. We never felt pressured by him to settle or raise the number we gave him initially.
- Negotiation: Justin was firm, but fair. Before going back and fourth with the seller he would call us to strategize and make sure we were on the same page. Justin was really on our side!
- Relatable: we felt comfortable openly expressing concerns about properties and appreciated how he took them seriously. Justin treated us like a good friend.
